Keep exploring the FAQ for my recommendations for Airports and Hotels.

Currently there is only one trip planned from the 20th of May to the 24th. If there is interest in more trips I might add new dates.
-
I have maxed out the participants at 12 people. I want to keep the trip to a small group so everyone gets the most out of the behind the scenes tours and networking aspects.
There will be an owners meet up on day one so you’ll get a chance to meet UK owners.
-
Glitch Hunters is particularly great to see an interesting part of London. I have also scheduled two free time sessions so you have a bit of time to look around.
I would recommend staying a few more days in London or arriving early so you have time to enjoy the city to its fullest. I’m happy to give you recommendations of places to visit that’s not included in our programme.
-
London has five airports, all within an hour from the city centre by public transport.
Flying from oversees I recommend either Heathrow or Gatwick Airport.
Flying from Europe I recommend Gatwick, Luton or Stansted Airport.
-
I recommend staying near King’s Cross which has plenty of hotel options and easy connections to the airport and the experiences we will visit.
Specifically I recommend the Premier Holiday Inn which is only 2 minutes walk from King’s Cross.
-
There is no need to rent a car for the trip. London has excellent public transport so we can get around the city easily.
If you want to venture out from London before or after the event, renting a car might be a good option. Most of the UK is very well connected by train though. I’m also more than happy to give you advice on getting around the country.
-
Sorry but you can’t. If you prefer you can still sit particular experiences out but you will still have to pay full price.
-
Absolutely but if they are participating you will have to get a ticket for them too.
Keep in mind that this is a business trip with a lot of talking shop so if they don’t take any interest in the topic I don’t recommend getting them a ticket.
-
They can but only a few experiences out of the full schedule, so I would recommend only bringing your partner if they are either happy to explore London on their own or to take part in the whole event.
-
I’m sorry but you can’t bring them along to the events. This is a business trip for owners only to talk shop and network.

By now I’ve spent 10 years in the escap room industry. I own clueQuest the UK’s longest running escape room with TERPECA games, a 8000 sqft venue and over half a million customers under our belt.
I’ve also consulted dozens of escape room owners about marketing and business development since I started Zolitopia in 2021.
